New Board Members of Macedonia 2025 elected


On January 31, 2013 Macedonia 2025 Board of Directors elected Jerry Naumoff and Chris Pavlovski as new board members.

Jerry Naumoff grew up in Columbus, Ohio where his family, with roots in Gavato, Macedonia, owned and operated a successful restaurant for over 30 years. In 1980 he earned a football scholarship at Ball State University and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and business administration. He began his career in employee benefits, human resources and risk management, and worked for several large insurance companies and top ranked Chicago-based consulting firms. In 1993 he founded The Naumoff Group, Inc., a total risk management advisory firm. Jerry and his wife currently live in the Chicago area and have six children. Two of their sons study and work in Skopje, Macedonia.

Naumoff, enthusiastic and charismatic by nature, is strongly devoted to help Macedonia 2025 accomplish its vision. “I am humbled by the opportunity to be a part of this group of remarkable individuals. I strongly believe that my passion to promote Macedonia and the investment possibilities in the country to wide network of potential investors, complements the organization’s mission and activities”, stated Mr. Naumoff upon his election.

Jerry has demonstrated his devotion to higher causes by supporting a number of professional and social initiatives and by ongoing promotion of business opportunities in Macedonia. He is a man with strong personal integrity, values and beliefs. Chris Pavlovski is a young entrepreneur from Canada with more than 10 years of experience in the field of marketing and online advertising. He has a versatile corporate portfolio, working for Microsoft, Warner Bros, Universal, Paramount, Virgin Mobile, Lionsgate, Coors, and Red Bull. Mr. Pavlovski is one of the founders of Jokeroo and a CEO of JMG, a Canadian online fun and lifestyle content distribution company, established in 2009. During his tenure at JMG, he has been responsible for generating annual sales in millions. Mr. Pavlovski is also the Director of Marketing for Next Giant Leap, a space exploration company competing for the $30 million dollar Google Lunar X Prize. Co-partnering with Ryan Milnes, he established Cosmic Development, Skopje-based software company, which employs more than 50 people after two years of operations. In 2010 he has been nominated for The Young Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.
