The EU starts the high-level dialogue with Macedonia, which is interpreted as the unofficial launching of the pre-accession talks with Skopje, said former foreign minister Slobodan Casule, writes Macedonian Vecer daily.
In Casule’s words, in fact this way the two parties will open and close the different chapters and in the end they would be officialised.
“This is a proof for the quality of the reforms carried out in Macedonia,” the former minister said.
