The multi-storey car garage, built by the City of Skopje at "Ss. Cyril and Methoodius" Street, has received the highest number of votes at the on-line public vote, which determined the Popular Choice winners for the prize Architizer A+.

The facility was opened March 8, 2013. It has five floors above and two floors under the ground, with about 445 parking lots. Its facade is made of high-enduring laminate panels. The project was drafted by Minas Bakalcev, Mitko Hadzi Pulja, Sasa Tasic, Aleksandar Radevski, Nikola Strezovski and Damjan Momirovski.
