Macedonia is a leader in Europe in terms of the newly created jobs by foreign investors in 2014, Telegraf.mk reports citing Ekonomski.mk.
Macedonia is holding the record for the same year in terms of the foreign investments in general, unveils the latest report of the British renowned organization, Ernst & Young.
According to their data, the rise in new jobs by foreign investors in Macedonia stood at 223% in comparison with 2013.
This is the biggest growth in Europe. Macedonia is followed by Slovakia, which marks a growth of 128%, Ekonomski.mk reads.
According to the report, there were 1, 156 new jobs opened by investments from foreign companies in 2013, while in 2014, there were 5, 020 new jobs.
The study shows that Macedonia was holding the record of foreign investments in Europe in 2014. That means that Macedonia is a country that used the possibilities to make profits from foreign investors in the best way, Ekonomski.mk notes.
