The Italian company Itec, which manufactures composite materials, is expected to start constructing a new facility in the industrial zone (TIRZ) located in Tetovo. This investment, worth 5 million euros, is expected to create 150 new jobs in the first two years.
"This is the first investment to be realized in TIRZ Tetovo. Itec will realize the investment in the Tetovo area through the local company "PRO COMP ADVANCE TECHNOLOGIES". The facility itself, whose construction will hopefully begin as soon as possible, will cover an area of 6.000 square meters," stated Visar Fida - the director of the Agency for Foreign Investments and Export Promotion - after signing an agreement regarding the investment.
Itec CEO Roberto Oschiri expressed his satisfaction with the company's investment in Macedonia.
"I am happy to be here in Macedonia and I hope that we will achieve success," said Oschiri.
It is expected the first stage of this investment to be completed in due time.
