It is envisaged construction of 414 apartments with a total useful floor area of 37,878 m2.
Most permits were issued in the Skopje region 48, followed by 44 and Poloshki region, 30 building permits issued in the region East.
Out of the total number of issued building permits, 160 or 87.9 percent are earmarked for buildings, 6 and 3.3 percent for civil engineering structures and 16 or 8.8 percent for reconstructions.
The 154 or 84.6 per cent investors are individuals, and 28 facilities or 15.4 percent investors are business entities.
